Vision Assistant provides voice-based image description functionality to help users understand their surroundings. Features may include AI-generated content, voice commands, and camera input.
Vision Assistant offers optional monthly and yearly subscriptions. Subscriptions provide unlimited access to premium features. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and will auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer its functionality, or use it to violate any laws or the rights of others.
All content, trademarks, and software used in Vision Assistant are the property of MetziAI Technologies or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written consent.
Vision Assistant is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees that the service will be error-free or that it will meet your specific needs.
In no event shall MetziAI Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of those changes.
